Please read these terms carefully before using the 300ok platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
These terms and conditions were last updated in 2026. 300ok reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and promotional offers on the 300ok platform. By registering an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules for individual promotions. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these main Terms shall take precedence.
1.2 Age and Eligibility Requirements
The 300ok platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that —
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are opening the account in your own name and for your own use.
- You do not reside in a region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You will not knowingly participate in any fraudulent activity.
Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are published in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity or question of interpretation, the decision of 300ok shall be considered final.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Single Account
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and 300ok reserves the right to forfeit the associated balances.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be completely accurate. 300ok may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login password and all account details completely confidential. Any unauthorized third-party access or suspicious activity must be reported to 300ok support immediately. 300ok is not responsible for any loss resulting from negligence.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time through support. Similarly, 300ok may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the circumstances described below —
- Serious breach of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to pass age verification.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
3. Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 300ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with proof of payment.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. 300ok is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect account details provided by the user.

3.3 Currency
All transactions on 300ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.
3.4 Transaction Limits and Security Review
300ok reserves the right to monitor suspicious transactions or unusual activity. If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected, 300ok is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and may suspend the account pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 300ok will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.
This bonus applies only to the first deposit after registration and can be claimed only once.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned through a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.
If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be considered void and only the original deposit amount will remain withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to claim bonus benefits unfairly is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse —
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Registering under a false identity to claim a bonus.
- Placing bets strategically to circumvent bonus terms.
If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
4.4 Other Promotions
From time to time, 300ok may launch various special promotional offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page. Those specific terms apply alongside these main Terms.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 300ok platform are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are not predetermined and the platform does not manipulate any game results. All game provider software is verified through third-party audits.
5.2 Technical Errors
If an abnormal payout occurs due to a server error, network disconnection, or software issue, 300ok reserves the right to void that payout. In such cases, the affected member's original wager amount will be refunded.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 300ok platform —
- Playing with the help of any bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game.
- Using inside information or match-fixing opportunities in sports betting events.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
6. VIP Program
6.1 Tier Structure
The 300ok VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you reach higher tiers.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
300ok determines and reserves the right to change the detailed terms for VIP cashback and other benefits. If evidence of fraud is found on a VIP member's account, all VIP benefits will be cancelled immediately.
7. Responsible Gaming
7.1 Awareness and Setting Limits
300ok believes gaming should be a recreational activity. We encourage players to game responsibly by setting deposit and wagering limits consciously. Contact support at any time to take a temporary break or permanently close your account.
